Shipping & Delivery
We will ship your order using the fastest and most reliable method to ensure you have an optimal delivery experience.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

We have 4 shipment methods available: Small Parcel, Curbside Delivery, White Glove Front Door Service and Room of Choice.
Small Parcel - We ship smaller, lighter items via FedEx or UPS Ground.
- Items arrive between 2-5 business days after they leave warehouse
- No signature or delivery appointment is required - We do not require a signature for small parcel deliveries, but the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. Typically they will leave the package at a suitable place by your door.
- Shipping Charges for orders under $99 will be calculated during checkout.

Curbside Delivery - Larger, heavier items ship via freight carrier.
- Items arrive between 3-6 days after they leave warehouse
- Delivery appointment is required
- When your shipment arrives at a nearby terminal, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Most companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Items will be delivered to driveway or curb outside of the delivery address
- You may need assistance to move the package indoors or you might un-box the shipment and carry each piece inside individually. You will have the choice to upgrade to White Glove Front Door Service or Room Of Choice during checkout.
White Glove Freight Options - Many larger items will be delivered by a white glove freight carrier to ensure your shipment arrives safely.
- Items arrive between 3-6 days after they leave warehouse
- Delivery appointment is required - When your shipment arrives at a nearby terminal, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Most companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Front Door Service - Free with Select Items!
- Delivered to inside the threshold of your residence - Your product will be delivered to your front entrance or inside your garage. The product will not be carried up stairs. If you live in an apartment above the first floor of a building we recommend upgrading to our Room Of Choice delivery.
- Free with select items or as an optional upgrade during checkout for Curbside Delivery items
Room Of Choice
- Delivered to room of choice
- A 2-person team will deliver your product inside your residence to your chosen room. This includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs. This does not include any assemble or package removal.
- Optional upgrade during checkout for Curbside Delivery or Front Door Service items
Freight Carrier Inspection Note:
The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that when you sign for the delivery you are legally accepting the product as delivered in good condition. Therefore, it is extremely important that you inspect the product prior to signing the delivery receipt. If there is damage to the carton or the product, please write "CONTENTS DAMAGED" clearly on the delivery receipt that the driver is asking you to sign, then sign. This insures that your damage issue will be easily resolved.
